Traditional Energy Projects

The value of oil & gas in a broad energy play is greatly enhanced due to the ability to deal with the reality of cash generation in the near term while navigating in the energy transition horizon.

Our British East Midlands assets portfolio includes three producing licences and three exploration licences in Lincolnshire. The producing licences are:
Whisby: producing circa 100 bbls per day
Newton on Trent: currently shut-in, development plan considered for 2022
Reepham: currently shut-in, development plan considered for 2023

Whisby, Newton and Reepham are mature assets with potential for additional development.

Whisby: no integrated field studies have been performed since BP ownership (80s). Nevertheless, Whisby production has been consistently stable, no significant decline has been observed at W4 for over 3 years.

Newton on Trent: a 3D seismic campaign carried out after drilling of Newton-1 well. Our interpretation of the data indicated development potential.

Reepham: the Reepham-1 well produced poorly and appears to have limited potential. Nevertheless, further investigation has revealed…...
