DS MENA acts as the Group’s platform for advancing opportunities in renewables, energy transition infrastructure and emerging technologies, with a clear focus on practicality, scalability and value creation.

DS MENA’s portfolio includes utility-scale wind and solar opportunities across Europe, the Middle East and emerging markets, including its 500 MW wind development platform in Serbia. Through this vehicle, BritNRG is selectively expanding its exposure to scalable transition projects that are consistent with the Group’s broader emphasis on disciplined execution, capital efficiency and strategic fit.

DS MENA reflects BritNRG’s view that successful energy transition investment must be grounded in execution discipline, market realism and strong project governance. It therefore complements the Group’s conventional energy and field services capabilities, broadening the platform while maintaining focus on delivery, control and risk management.
